[ Evening Rain ] (Normal) Vespera makes use of her whip here, landing seven weak-to-medium blows in succession. Her speed makes the whip difficult to deflect, but it also tires her out and each time she uses this move successfully her accuracy drops by 5%.
[ Supernova ] (Special) Leaving all defenses behind, she charges at the target with her whip, landing three strong blows in succession. This move, however, is extremely exhausting for her; she has a 50% chance of falling asleep right after using this move (narcolepsy at its best /ming) and even if she doesn't fall asleep, her accuracy for [ Evening Rain ] stays at a fixed 50% for the remainder of the battle. Uses this only when she really has no choice, because what happens if she falls asleep while battling some crazy monster--

An overall (somewhat) friendly person, Vespera likes to be around others and is generally a happy person, though she doesn't seem to smile often. She's rather sociable, but also can't deal with loud noises or large crowds for long periods of time; it's too physically draining on her. Though she's rather observant and quick to catch onto details, finding things that many other people would miss in the same situation, she often doesn't voice out her observations -- most often because she's too lazy. If there's toilet paper hanging from your shoe, sure she'll let you know. But if she notices a habit, or a new haircut, she'll probably stay quiet about it. An overall unmotivated person, she's not the kind of person to go running and train, or to eat more food to grow taller; things will all happen on their own time, so she shouldn't waste her time trying to hurry it up. It's also the reason why she tends to stick with decisions that others choose. There's no reason for her to purposefully go against what people want, and whether or not it's the best idea, she'll just go with the flow. Vespera is not the kind of person to voice her objections against decisions that people have made or particular habits that people do that annoy her, but if those kinds of things build up, her explosions are probably bigger than anyone else's. (They also tend to seem bigger because she's not really outspoken.) As a rather short person, she outwardly holds herself with a subtle kind of high confidence, but in reality, she's never really sure of anything and is constantly doubting herself, depending instead on the decisions of others.
